Materials

PREP

  • 1 lbs boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbs cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbs tbsp brown sugar
  • 3/4 tbs rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp minced ginger

ON COOKING DAY

  • 1/2 tbs cornstarch
  • 1/2 tbs water
  • 1 chopped green onion

Instructions

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Add to zipper bag along with cornstarch. Zip and shake up well to coat chicken with cornstarch.
  • Add remaining ingredients to small bowl with lid.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
  • Spray basket with olive oil spray. Add chicken and cook for 7-9 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, add prepped sauce to sauce pan and let heat up. Mix together cornstarch and water and add to sauce. Let simmer until thickened.
  • Add sauce to chicken and garnish with chopped green onion.
