Instructions
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Drain and chop artichoke hearts and add to a large bowl along with cream cheese. Mix until combined.
Add chicken to container with lid.
Season chicken with next 2 ingredients. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of chicken. Use wax paper between layers if needed.
Halve baby carrots and place in a large zipper bag along with remaining ingredients. Zip to seal and shake to mix.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Place chicken on a large baking sheet covered with foil or parchment paper. Place carrots around chicken.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 30-40 minutes until chicken is done and carrots are tender.
Cook chicken to internal temp of 160 degrees F.
