Daily Water Goal
Drink half your weight in ounces each day. Grab your favorite water bottle!
Example: If you weigh 150 pounds, drink 75 oz. of water.

Daily Movement Goal
Aim for 30 minutes of movement! It can be broken up into 10 min. increments.
Example: Walking, jogging, dancing, sports, yoga, etc.

Daily Food Goal
Reduce sugar and processed foods. Increase fruits, veggies, and healthy fats!
Example: Cut out soda pop and potato chips.
